dc.description	The az_county.zip file does not contain the .shx file. The county boundary file for Arizona from AzGeo is available at https://azgeo.az.gov/AZGEO/datasets/county-boundaries. It’s an .lpk file which can be opened in ArcGIS software. It’s a combination of a map layer and the data. It won’t open directly in QGIS but it can be converted. (Note added March 2020.)
